Michelle Perry, Residential Director
Michelle Perry brings more than 26 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities and their families through advocacy, case management, and person-centered services. Along with her professional background, Michelle also brings lived experience that deepens her compassion and understanding of the challenges families navigate every day. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Walden University and has worked with organizations including The Arc Arapahoe & Douglas Counties and Developmental Pathways. Michelle is passionate about helping individuals live with dignity, choice, and connection in their communities.
