Our Services

At CLA, we help people achieve their personal goals in every part of life — relationships, travel, health, education, and community engagement.

Our holistic, person-centered approach supports people to live as independently as possible, while always having access to trained staff, 24/7. We monitor services closely to ensure that every need is met — not only medical, but also social, emotional, and spiritual.

Our nursing team plays a vital role — not only for serious medical concerns but also for everyday wellness, including medication reviews, appointments, and ongoing health support.

Residential Services

Through a personalized matching process, we get to know you — your needs, preferences, and lifestyle. With interviews, background checks, and multiple visits, we ensure every placement feels safe, supportive, and truly like home.

You choose how you want to live, and CLA supports your decision through two residential programs:

➤ Family Caregiver — Live at home with support from family members who are compensated to provide care, plus CLA’s staff when needed.

➤ Host Home Families — Become part of a welcoming home with a family,
couple, or single provider. You may be the only person supported or share the home with one other individual.

Our residential team includes an Intake Coordinator, Residential Director, Program Managers, Registered Nurses, and Direct Support Professionals — all trained and committed to your success.

Day Program (CLASS)

C.L.A.S.S. (Community Living Alternatives Specialized Services) provides individualized services for people who want to stay active, learn new skills, volunteer, and connect with others in the community.

CLASS includes two components:

➤ Specialized Habilitation Activities — Gardening, computer and phone skills, photography, music, dance, cooking, art, fitness, yoga, social skills, safety awareness, and money management.

Supported Community Connections — Outings to businesses (like KONG), museums, parks, grocery stores, and volunteer opportunities. These experiences build community connection and complement classroom skills.
