We’re pleased to welcome Phil Lord to Community Living Alternatives as a Program Manager. Phil brings nearly a decade of experience in the intellectual and developmental disabilities field and is deeply committed to person-first, community-centered support.

Phil is passionate about building meaningful relationships, supporting individual goals, and strengthening community connections. Outside of work, Phil enjoys spending time with his dogs, caring for his growing plant collection, and attending concerts.
