Reflecting on a Year of Impact: FY2025 Highlights from Community Living Alternatives

As we look back on the past year, we’re filled with gratitude for the people who make CLA what it is — our participants, families, Host Home Providers, Family Caregivers, staff, board members, and community partners. Together, we’ve continued to show what community living truly means: belonging, purpose, and joy for every person we serve.

Our FY2025 Impact Report celebrates the progress, creativity, and care that defined the year ending June 30, 2025. It reflects the collective effort of a community that believes every person deserves a place to call home, opportunities to grow, and meaningful connections that last a lifetime.
 

Strengthening Home and Family Supports

Over the past year, CLA expanded stability and personalized supports through our Residential and Family Caregiver programs — ensuring that people with intellectual and developmental disabilities can thrive in safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments.
 

Expanding Opportunities Through CLASS

In the CLASS Day Program, participants explored new experiences in gardening, art, music, wellness, and community outings. These opportunities foster creativity, confidence, and connection — helping people express themselves and build lasting friendships.
 

Honoring Excellence and Longevity

We celebrated incredible milestones at our Annual Awards Ceremony, including participants who have been part of CLA for decades and staff and providers who have dedicated years to supporting others. These moments remind us that true impact is built through relationships that grow stronger over time.
 

Building Belonging Through Community

Events like Yappy Hour, DSP Appreciation Week, and the CLASSy Food & Clothing Drive brought our broader community together to celebrate, give back, and strengthen the connections that make CLA’s mission come alive.
