Dawn Julius, Executive Director
Dawn Julius brings more than 15 years of leadership experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Colorado. Her background includes residential, host home, family caregiver, day program, community-based and employment services, with a strong focus on quality, person-centered support and organizational growth. Throughout her career, Dawn has led teams, strengthened programs, built community partnerships and helped expand access to services. As CLA’s Executive Director, she is committed to building on the organization’s strong foundation while supporting the people, families and staff who make the CLA community so special.
