Cindy Dyson brings extensive experience in accounting, financial management, and organizational leadership to Community Living Alternatives. As Controller, she oversees CLA's financial operations, helping ensure the organization's resources are managed responsibly in support of its mission to serve adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Cindy believes accounting is about much more than numbers—it's an opportunity to make a meaningful difference. Throughout her career, she has enjoyed learning new industries, collaborating with teams across marketing, operations, sales, and other departments, and identifying opportunities to strengthen financial performance and organizational effectiveness. She finds great satisfaction in helping organizations build a strong financial foundation so they can focus on fulfilling their mission.
Cindy chose to join CLA because she wanted to combine her professional expertise with meaningful work that supports her community. She is passionate about using her skills to help an organization that makes a lasting difference in the lives of others.
Outside of work, Cindy enjoys spending time with her three children, traveling, reading, and making the most of family activities together.
